Estate Agents

For the foreseeable future the vast majority of people will continue to sell through estate agents to obtain the best price for their property.  We know that a small, but growing number of new instructions taken by estate agents would consider our services.  Where you think it appropriate and in the customers best interest, you can introduce them to us and we will provide them with a quick guaranteed house sale (normally 28 days or less) or sell and rent back.  In return we will pay you a referal fee of £1000 on completion of any properties that we purchase though your referal.  In most cases we will instantly remarket the property back with you at open market value now giving you two fees for the same property.  We see this as a win win situation.  The customer achieves a guaranteed quick sale without any fees,  you receive a £1000 finders fee plus agency fees on resale of the property and we acquire the properties that we need.  We do not charge any fees and we will pay the vendors solicitors fees up to £1000 on completion.
